The tangible evidence of much of the work that we do resides in the legal record - in the U.S. Patent and Trademark registers and databases of issued patents, published patent applications, and trademark certificates, in the recorded assignments of intellectual property assets, in courthouse records and in judicial decisions, while much of the additional evidence is shrouded by attorney-client confidentiality, and known only to us and our clients.

The patent applications we file in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office are published 18 months after their filing, and those publications, as well as publications of issued patents, and the trademarks we register, are available for viewing at www.uspto.gov, together with the records of the proceedings that include the papers we have filed and the arguments we have made to convince the Patent and Trademark Office to issue those patents and trademark registrations.

In addition, we have been the recipient of feedback from our clients that is summarized here (see "Client Testimonials" below). Our blog provides a current look at our views and discussion of issues affecting proprietary rights and the interests of those engaged in the generation, development and commercialization of intellectual property.

We direct your attention to these sources of information about who we are and what we have done, so that you have a better knowledge of our firm and its attorneys, paralegals and administrators, as to our mission, capabilities and achievements.
